Payment & Policies
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.
No Show / Cancellations
Village Green makes every effort to timely accommodate appointment requests as such we ask that our clients notify our office at least 24 hours in advance of your pet’s appointment if you need to reschedule the appointment.
Failure to show up for appointment or provide adequate notice to reschedule negatively impacts other pets requesting appointments and will result in cancellation fee.
